Job summary

Kettering Health Miamisburg is seeking a Resource RN for night shifts to deliver patient-centered care across diverse settings. You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care with a collaborative health team, ensuring safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.

Eligible candidates hold an Ohio RN license, an accredited nursing degree (ADN or BSN), BLS, and are prepared to work 12-hour nights in a hospital setting; ACLS or specialty certs are preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (ADN or BSN).
• Current, valid RN license in the State of Ohio.
• BLS certification or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Delivers patient-centered nursing care by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating care with the healthcare team.
• Ensures safety, quality, and continuity of care for patients across diverse clinical settings.
• Performs other duties as assigned; aligns with Kettering Health's mission, vision, values and B Safe program.
