Responsibilities

• Assess and monitor patient conditions per shift.
• Assist with procedures and document care per protocol.
• Administer prescribed medications and observe responses.
• Coordinate with care team to ensure safe patient care.
• Educate patients and families about conditions, plans, and follow‑ups.

Education

Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing
