Endeavor Health (Naperville) seeks a Registered Nurse Resident to provide patient care under the guidance of a nurse preceptor. Responsibilities include delivering nursing care per professional standards and treatment plans to ensure quality outcomes.

The role requires a BSN or higher, or an ADN with a defined pathway to BSN, plus IL RN licensure and CPR certification. CPI certification must be obtained within 90 days of hire.

Formación

• Baccalaureate Degree or higher in Nursing is required.
• Associate's Degree in Nursing may be considered with plan to obtain a BSN within 2 years; must obtain BSN within 5 years.
• Pass NCLEX and Illinois RN license application required at start date; IL RN license to be obtained within 90 days of start date.
• Current CPR issued by the American Heart Association.
• State of Illinois RN license required; license-pending allowed under supervision until licensure received.
• Nursing CPI (Crisis Prevention Intervention) certification within 90 days of hire.
