Endeavor Health in Naperville, IL is seeking an Registered Nurse Resident to provide bedside nursing care under a nurse preceptor.

The RN will work under supervision to deliver care per physician and APC plans, support patient safety, and participate in clinical education. Candidates should have a BSN or be progressing toward it; Illinois RN license must be pursued within 90 days of start date and NCLEX must be passed.

Qualifications

• Training and/or experience in professional nursing practice.
• Strong recommendations and references evaluated as top performers.
• RN role requires ongoing education to degrees within timelines.

Responsabilités

• Render nursing care for assigned patients under nurse preceptor.
• Follow physician/APC treatment plans to provide quality care.
• Maintain clinical documentation and patient safety.
• Coordinate with interdisciplinary team for patient care.
