Endeavor Health is seeking a Registered Nurse Resident in Naperville, IL to provide direct patient care under supervision. You must pass the NCLEX and obtain an Illinois RN license, with BSN expected within five years. The role supports treatment plans and collaborates with the care team.

Qualifications

• RN must pass NCLEX and obtain Illinois RN license within 90 days of start date
• State of Illinois RN license must be obtained within 90 days of start date
• CPI (Crisis Prevention Intervention) certification within 90 days of hire

Responsibilities

• Render nursing care for assigned patients under direct supervision of a nurse preceptor
• Follow physician and APC treatment plans to provide quality patient care
• Collaborate with care team to implement and adjust care plans as needed

Education

Bachelor's degree or higher in Nursing (BSN preferred) or Associate’s Degree in Nursing (ADN) considered
