Job summary

Endeavor Health is seeking a Registered Nurse for LOH Main- Naperville. The role is full-time, 36 hours/week, 7am-7:30pm, and involves assessing patients, planning and documenting care, and ensuring safe, therapeutic care environments.

You will collaborate on admissions/transfers, contribute to interdisciplinary planning, and support department goals while mentoring students and staff in accordance with policies. Illinois RN license and CPR/CPI within 90 days are required.

Qualifications

• Maintain information as highly confidential; Nursing degree.
• One-year psychiatric experience preferred.
• Active Illinois RN license; CPR or CPI certification within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient condition, plan and document care, and evaluate outcomes.
• Promote safe milieu and supervise direct care staff; ensure rounds and records.
• Facilitate admissions/transfers with thorough hand-off communications.
• Interact with patient, family and providers for discharge planning needs.
• Assist in department goals, staff selection and program evaluation.
• Mentor students; explain policies to staff and patients; participate in trainings.
