The program provides hands-on training, preceptorship, and mentorship from experienced nurse leaders as you complete learning experiences and projects.

2026 and 2027 start dates are available; shifts vary by unit needs. The RN Resident delivers patient-centered care under supervision, while benefiting from a robust benefits package and educational

Competenze

Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS) within 30 days of employment.
Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) within 1 year of employment.
Other certifications may be required during employment.
Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from an accredited program.
Registered Nurse License or Graduate Nurse in the state.

Mansioni

Assess patient condition during admission and each shift; report changes.
Perform procedures, monitoring, or other tasks as ordered; document care.
Administer prescribed medications and monitor therapeutic response.
Respond promptly to patient requests and anticipate needs.
Educate patients and families about conditions, plans, medications and follow-up.
