Hospital Sisters Health System (HSHS) is seeking Winter 2026 graduate nurses to begin as RN Extern II and transition into RN roles after licensure. Position is 36 hrs/wk, night shift 7p-7a at Holy Family Hospital in Greenville, IL, with a sign-on bonus up to $10,000.

Eligibility includes RN licensure in the state of practice and BLS certification. This role offers exposure to medical-surgical nursing within a supportive health system.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited and approved school of nursing accepted for licensure in the state of practice is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing is preferred.
• Licensure as RN in state of practice is required.
• BLS certification is required.

Responsibilities

• RN extern duties and nursing responsibilities as part of clinical education pathway.
• Support clinical teams during night shifts in Medical-Surgical units.
