HSHS Medical Group in Greenville, IL, invites Winter 2026 graduate nurses to join our RN Residency and Nurse Extern II program. You can start as a Nurse Extern II during your final semester and transition to a registered nurse once you obtain licensure.

The role is full-time, night shift, 36 hours per week, at Holy Family Hospital in Greenville. Sign-on bonus up to $10,000 is offered, with benefits and educational support available.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited and approved school of nursing accepted for licensure in the state of practice is required.
• Licensed RN in state of practice is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Nurse Extern II during last semester of school with transition to RN once licensed.
• Work in Medical-Surgical department.
• Schedule: 36 hours per week, nights (7 p.m.–7 a.m.).
