Job summary
HSHS - St. Mary's Hospital in Decatur, IL seeks Nursing Students transitioning from extern to RN once licensure is pending. This full-time night shift (36 hrs/week) includes weekend and holiday rotations.
Eligible to start as Nurse Extern II during your final semester; RN licensure required with BLS certification. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred. A $10,000 sign-on bonus is offered for approved units, with benefits and growth opportunities across our system.
Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program eligible for licensure in the state of practice.
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing preferred.
- Licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) in state of practice is required.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) is required.
