Hospital Sisters Health System (HSHS) is offering a Summer 2027 RN extern II opportunity at Holy Family Hospital in Greenville, IL. Start as a Nurse Extern II during your last semester and transition into an RN position after licensure.

The role features a Night schedule (36 hrs/wk, 7pm-7am) across Medical-Surgical and ED departments, with a sign-on up to $10,000 aligned to experience. Eligible candidates must be RN licensed in their practicing state; Wisconsin RN multi-state licensure is noted.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited and approved school of nursing accepted for licensure in the state of practice is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered nursing care as part of a fast-paced medical-surgical and ED team.
• Assist in transitioning Summer 2027 graduates to RN roles once licensure is obtained.
• Maintain safety and quality standards in all patient interactions.
