Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or obtained within five years of hire.
• RN license in Washington or MLS endorsement.
• BLS required; ACLS/PALS/NRP within 90 days as required.
• TNCC/LNPC/PEARS within 1 year as required by department.

Responsibilities

• Learn to assess, plan, coordinate, evaluate and delegate nursing functions.
• Utilize the nursing process for care and education across lifespan.
• Collaborate to improve quality of care, patient experience and cost efficiency.
• Work under physician supervision and with preceptors to advance practice.
