Cleveland Clinic's South Pointe Hospital in Beachwood, OH, seeks an RN for the 7th Floor Med/Surg and Observation Unit. You will provide direct nursing care and patient education, coordinating with a dedicated team to ensure high-quality outcomes.

You’ll participate in a residency core curriculum and access professional development resources, including loan repayment, tuition reimbursement, and relocation assistance for eligible candidates.

Formación

• Graduate from an accredited ADN or BSN program.
• Current state RN licensure required.
• BLS certification through AHA or Red Cross.
• New grad or RN with <1 year inpatient experience considered.

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct nursing care from admission to discharge.
• Collaborate with a care team to deliver patient education.
• Establish and revise patient care priorities based on acuity.
• Respond to risk signals and take corrective action.
• Seek supervision when unsafe or unable to perform independently.
• Document care in the patient’s medical records.
