Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited School of Professional Nursing (ADN or BSN).
• Current state RN licensure.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care from admission to discharge.
• Interact with patients, families and visitors to educate and support care needs.
• Establish and revise priorities for patient care based on acuity, preferences and resources.
• Respond promptly to indicators of patient risk and initiate corrective actions.
• Seek supervision when needed and document in medical records.
