Responsibilities

• Assess patient condition during admission and during each shift, reporting changes.
• Perform procedures, monitoring, or other functions as ordered by the medical provider and document care.
• Administer prescribed medications, monitor response, and notify providers if needed.
• Provide care promptly in response to patient requests and anticipate needs.
• Educate patients and families about conditions, treatment plans, and follow-up measures.

Education

Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from an accredited nursing program

Registered Nurse License or Graduate Nurse in the State
