Henrico, Parham & Retreat Doctors' Hospitals is offering a Graduate Nurse Resident position within their HCA Healthcare Residency Program. This year-long paid program provides hands-on experience designed to enhance clinical skills and critical thinking. Residents will experience advanced training, mentoring, and simulations, transitioning from student nurse to registered nurse.

The program includes a $15,000 sign-on bonus, flexible start dates, and comprehensive benefits such as medical coverage, retirement plans, and education support.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse license or Graduate Nurse in the state.
• No previous experience required.
• Some travel may be needed for training.

Responsabilités

• Assess patient condition during admission and each shift.
• Perform procedures, monitoring, or other functions as ordered.
• Administer prescribed medications and monitor patient response.
• Respond promptly to patient requests and anticipate needs.
• Teach patients and families about medical conditions and treatments.
