The program includes advanced clinical training, monthly sessions, preceptorship, and dedicated educators to support your transition, with flexible start dates and an emphasis on patient‑centered care.

Qualifications

• BLS certification within 30 days of employment.
• ACLS certification within 1 year of employment.
• Nursing degree from an accredited program.
• RN license or Graduate Nurse in the state.
• No prior experience required.
• Some travel may be needed for training.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in accordance with department standards.
• Collaborate with medical providers and care team.
• Assess patient condition at admission and each shift.
• Perform procedures and document care in the patient record.
• Administer prescribed medications and monitor response.
• Educate patients and families about condition, treatment and follow-up.
