Qualifications
- BLS obtained within 30 days of employment
- ACLS obtained within 1 year of employment
- RN license or graduate nurse in the state
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing
- No prior experience required
- Some travel may be needed for training
Responsibilities
- Assess patient condition during admission and each shift; report changes
- Perform procedures, monitoring, or other orders; document care in medical records
- Administer prescribed medications; monitor therapeutic response and notify provider if needed
- Deliver exceptional patient-centered care; respond promptly to patient requests
- Educate patients and families about condition, treatment plan, medications, and follow-up measures
