Job summary

Jobtome is seeking Graduate Nurses who have completed their nursing program and are on track to obtain New Mexico RN licensure within 60 days. The program offers a GN cohort beginning January 18, 2027, with opportunities to transition to RN inpatient or outpatient roles after licensure.

GN positions include a 0.90 FTE with rotating shifts. Differential pay applies for Weekday/Night and Weekend shifts, and relocation or sign-on incentives may be available as part of the package.

Qualifications

• Graduate Nurse expected to have completed a nursing program.
• No minimum experience required for this GN position.
• Must obtain NM RN licensure within 60 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct patient care in ambulatory settings under RN supervision.
• Follow hospital and department policies and care plans.
• Administer medications per protocol and document findings.
• Assist with tests, procedures, and patient education.
• Support patient safety and participate in risk reduction.
