Sentara CarePlex Hospital in Hampton, VA seeks a Registered Nurse for the Medicine Unit. Multiple shifts: Days 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM & Nights 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM. New grads welcome; 6-month Nurse Residency program designed to set you up for success from day one.

The base pay range for full-time RN roles is $41.93–$61.01 per hour, with sign-on bonus up to $20,000 and relocation assistance. Join a team dedicated to high-quality patient care and professional growth.

Qualifications

• Active Virginia or Compact multi‑state RN license in good standing.
• BLS certification within 90 days of hire.
• New graduates welcome; Nurse Residency program provided.

Responsibilities

• Assess and admit patients, including rounding checks.
• Administer medications and monitor patient responses.
• Communicate with families and coordinate care.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure high quality patient care.
• Support transitions and ongoing education within the unit.
