Job summary

Cleveland Clinic’s Main Campus in Cleveland, OH is seeking an RN Resident for the Dialysis Unit. You will interact with patients and families, gaining hands-on experience in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment through our one-year Nurse Residency program.

In this role you will provide hands-on care, collaborate with a dedicated team, and grow as an RN while delivering exceptional patient care on a busy unit.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited School of Professional Nursing.
• Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through AHA or ARC.
• New grad or <1 year RN experience or transitioning from non-inpatient to acute direct care.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care alongside a success coach.
• Establish and/or revise priorities for patient care (acuity, preferences, resources).
• Respond to data indicating risk to patients’ health and initiate corrective actions.
• Document in patients’ medical records.
