Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited School of Professional Nursing.
• Current state RN license is required prior to or during program.
• BLS certification through AHA or Red Cross is required.
• New grad or less than one year RN experience; inpatient acute care exposure preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care on the dialysis unit for inpatients.
• Interact with patients and families to educate and support care needs.
• Assist with residency core curriculum and hands-on training.
• Document patient care in medical records and coordinate with team.
• Adapt to a fast-paced, evolving healthcare setting with safety in mind.
