Job summary

Hospital Sisters Health System is seeking nursing student opportunities across Illinois and Wisconsin, with departments including Telemetry, CDU, ED, ICU, Medical-Surgical and OB. The position offers a full-time night shift of 36 hours per week at the O'Fallon, IL location, and includes a sign-on bonus up to $12,500 for eligible units.

Applicants must graduate from an accredited nursing program, be licensed as an RN, and have BLS certification.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing accepted for licensure in the state of practice.
• RN licensure in state of practice is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing preferred.
• Wisconsin: multi-state RN license may be used under NLC.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to patients as assigned on a 36 hour/week night shift.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support patient outcomes.
• Adhere to clinical policies and safety guidelines.

$32.00 - $48.00 A successful candidate's actual pay rate will be based on several factors including relevant experience, skills, training, certifications and education.

Education Qualifications

Graduate from an accredited and approved school of nursing accepted for licensure in the state of practice is required. Bachelor’s degree in Nursing is preferred.

Experience Qualifications

Experience in healthcare is preferred.

Certifications, Licenses and Registrations

Licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) in state of practice is required. Wisconsin: RNs may practice with a valid multi-state RN license as outlined in the Nurse Licensure Compact rules. Basic Life Support (BLS) is required.
