Job summary

Hospital Sisters Health System is seeking a part-time RN to join the Surgery department at St. Elizabeth’s Hospital in O’Fallon, IL. This 32-hour-per-week role offers daytime shifts and a sign-on bonus of $7,500.

The successful candidate will be licensed as an RN in the state of practice, with a Bachelor’s degree preferred and BLS certification. Healthcare experience is welcome as we deliver patient-centered care across Illinois and Wisconsin.

Qualifications

  • Graduate from an accredited and approved school of nursing accepted for licensure in the state of practice is required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Nursing is preferred.
  • Licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) in state of practice is required. Wisconsin: RNs may practice with a valid multi-state RN license as outlined in the Nurse Licensure Compact rules.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) is required.

Responsibilities

  • Provide nursing care in the Surgery department.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure patient safety and quality of care.
  • Maintain compliance with regulatory and hospital policies.

Pay Range: $32.00 - $48.00 A successful candidate's actual pay rate will be based on several factors including relevant experience, skills, training, certifications and education.

Education Qualifications
