Advocate Health's Carolinas Rehabilitation Northeast in Concord, NC is seeking an experienced RN for a full-time night shift (7:00pm–7:00am) in the Rehabilitation Unit. The role emphasizes coordinating patient care, adherence to standards, and delivering compassionate, evidence-based nursing within a collaborative team.

Weekend and holiday rotations apply. The position requires completion of an accredited nursing program, an active RN license in the state, and BLS certification.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited or approved nursing program.
• Registered Nurse license issued by the state.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care per nursing process to ensure safe outcomes.
