Job summary

Carolinas Rehabilitation Northeast in Concord, NC is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join a dedicated rehabilitation team serving stroke survivors, amputees, and diverse rehab patients. You will coordinate comprehensive patient care, collaborate with a close-knit team, and uphold high standards of safety and patient experience.

This full-time, night-shift role offers 36 hours per week with holiday and weekend rotation.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing.
• Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care using the nursing process.
• Deliver safe, therapeutic care following established standards, policies, and procedures.
• Lead efforts to create the safest patient environment and best patient experience across the continuum.
