Job summary

Carolinas Rehabilitation – Northeast in Concord, NC is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care across the nursing process. The role emphasizes safety, compassionate care, and collaboration with the care team to deliver excellent patient experiences through evidence-based practice.

This full-time night-shift position offers 36 hours per week with rotating holidays and weekends.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited nursing program.
• Registered Nurse license issued by the state of practice.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification issued by the American Heart Association.

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care using the nursing process.
• Deliver safe, therapeutic care in line with standards, policies and procedures.
• Lead and communicate effectively to ensure a safe environment and positive patient experience.
