Job summary

SMP Health – St. Catherine North or St. Catherine South in Fargo, ND is seeking compassionate Registered Nurses to provide clinical leadership, coordinate resident care, and support positive outcomes.

You will supervise LPNs and CNAs, administer medications, conduct assessments, collaborate with physicians, document care, and promote resident safety and quality of life. ND RN license required; various shifts; full-time and part-time options.

Qualifications

• Active North Dakota RN license.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to lead and support a care team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate, resident-centered approach to care.
• Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred.
• Experience with electronic medical record systems.

Responsibilities

• Conduct resident assessments and update care plans as needed.

Registered Nurse (RN) | Long Term Care SMP Health – St. Catherine North or St. Catherine South | Fargo, ND

SMP Health is seeking compassionate and skilled Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our teams at St. Catherine North or St. Catherine South. In this role, you will provide clinical leadership, coordinate resident care, and support positive outcomes for the residents we serve.

Responsibilities

• Conduct resident assessments and update care plans as needed
• Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely
• Monitor resident conditions and respond to changes in clinical status

Pay & Benefits

• $38.00 – $42.00 per hour

Plus Shift Differentials

• $3.00/hour PM shift differential
• $4.00/hour NOC shift differential
