Job summary

SMP Health – St. Catherine North or St. Catherine South in Fargo, ND is hiring compassionate CNAs to provide hands-on care and support residents in a safe, dignified environment.

You will assist with daily living activities, mobility, meals, and documentation while following infection control and care policies. We offer competitive pay ($22–$26/hour) with a $2 PM shift differential, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Current North Dakota CNA certification or ability to obtain it.
• Compassionate, resident-centered approach to care.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable, dependable, attentive to resident needs.
• Long-term care experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Help residents with mobility, transfers, and positioning.
• Answer call lights and respond promptly to resident needs.
• Observe and report changes in resident condition to the nursing team.
• Assist with meals, hydration, and feeding as needed.
• Provide emotional support and companionship to residents.
• Maintain accurate documentation of care provided.
• Support resident comfort, dignity, independence, and quality of life.
• Follow facility policies and infection control procedures.

SMP Health – St. Catherine North or St. Catherine South | Fargo, ND

SMP Health is seeking compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our teams at St. Catherine North or St. Catherine South. In this role, you will provide hands‑on care and support to residents while helping create a safe, comfortable, and dignified living environment.

Schedule

• Full‑time and part‑time opportunities available
• Day, evening, and night shifts available
