Job summary

Santa Rosa Center for Rehabilitation and Healing in Atmore, AL is hiring Registered Nurses (RN) for full-time, hourly wage positions. Walk-in interviews are welcome Monday–Friday 10 AM–3 PM; no appointment is necessary.

Responsibilities include planning and delivering nursing care under Nurse Practice Act guidelines, assessing residents, supervising nursing staff, and ensuring accurate documentation while maintaining confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a basic nursing education program.
• Minimum of one year medical/surgical nursing experience in an acute care or long-term care setting.
• Current RN license in state of practice and a reliable transportation source.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to long-term and rehabilitative patients.
• Assess, plan and implement nursing care per Nurse Practice Act and facility policies.
• Direct and supervise care delivered by other nursing personnel.
• Maintain accurate documentation and patient confidentiality.
• Work rotating shifts, holidays and weekends as scheduled.
