Timberland Health and Rehabilitation Center in Butler, AL is seeking compassionate Registered Nurses to join our team in a skilled nursing and long-term care setting. You will provide direct resident care, administer medications, and support the clinical team.

The ideal candidate is licensed in Alabama with experience in long-term care, strong clinical and communication skills, and a willingness to work weekends and holidays. Join us to deliver quality care in a positive team environment.

Formación

• Active RN license in Alabama
• Experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or rehab preferred
• Strong clinical and assessment skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Ability to prioritize and work in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to work weekends and holidays as needed

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct nursing care according to individualized care plans
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered
• Monitor resident condition including vital signs and changes in status
• Complete accurate and timely documentation
• Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges
• Work closely with LPNs, CNAs, physicians, and therapy staff
• Support residents with daily care needs when needed
• Participate in care planning and family meetings
• Follow infection control and safety procedures
• Help train and support new nursing staff
