Job summary

Cynet Health in Winchester, TN is seeking an experienced RN for inpatient Rehabilitation on a 13-week assignment. The role focuses on mobilizing patients, wound care, and coordinating with therapists in a hospital setting.

Description:This position is for an RN specializing in rehabilitation.The unit provides inpatient rehabilitation for adults and geriatric patients.Patients are medically managed and stable enough to participate in therapy for three hours a day.The average patient-to-nurse ratio is 3-5:1.Common diagnoses include stroke, Parkinson's disease, post-operative care from cardiac and orthopedic surgeries, debility, traumatic brain injury, and multi-trauma.Ideal candidates should be motivational and encouraging, supporting patients in gaining strength and independence.Required education includes either an Associate's Degree in Nursing (ASN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).Candidates must possess the required certification/licensure to work as an RN.Dress code: Scrubs of any color are acceptable; casual wear and other facility-branded attire are not allowed.This position is a replacement for permanent staff.
