Job summary

City of Hope in Zion, IL seeks an RN Regulatory Advisor - Performance Improvement to lead regulatory compliance and accreditation efforts across the organization. The role interprets federal and state requirements, supports survey readiness, and guides quality outcomes and patient safety.

You will manage regulatory and quality improvement projects from concept through implementation, partner with clinical and administrative leaders, and provide data-driven reports to leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing required.
• Illinois RN license required.
• Minimum 3 years in clinical nursing or quality/regulatory roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for regulatory compliance and accreditation activities across the organization.
• Lead performance improvement initiatives from scope definition through implementation and results documentation.
• Develop and communicate reports to leadership; support survey readiness and patient safety outcomes.
• Collaborate with clinical, administrative, legal, and quality leaders to interpret regulations and guide corrective actions.
