Job summary

City of Hope in Goodyear, AZ seeks a Regulatory and Accreditation professional to lead the strategic development, coordination, and execution of compliance activities across the organization. You will ensure adherence to federal and state requirements and internal policies to maintain high-quality patient care.

The role involves coordinating quality improvement projects, defining scope and timelines, and preparing reports.

Qualifications

• A degree in Healthcare Administration, Healthcare, Public Health, Compliance or Nursing.
• Three years’ experience in clinical nursing and/or quality, risk, and regulatory activities.
• BLS training/certification

Responsibilities

• Lead regulatory compliance and accreditation activities across the organization.
• Coordinate performance quality improvement projects and document outcomes.
• Prepare internal and external project reports.
• Partner with clinical, administrative, legal, and quality teams to interpret regulations and guide readiness for surveys and inspections.
• Cross coverage for quality team.
