Job summary

City of Hope is seeking a Hospital Regulatory and Quality Specialist to lead strategic development, coordination, and execution of regulatory compliance and accreditation activities across the organization. This role ensures adherence to federal/state requirements and supports high-quality patient care.

You will work with clinical, administrative, legal, and quality teams to interpret changing regulations, guide readiness for surveys and inspections, and drive continuous improvement in

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Compliance or Nursing.
• Minimum three years’ experience in clinical nursing and/or quality, risk, and regulatory activities.
• BLS training required.

Responsibilities

• Lead regulatory compliance and accreditation activities across the organization.
• Coordinate performance quality improvement projects and document outcomes.
• Prepare internal and external project reports and manage documentation for the Quality team.
• Collaborate with clinical, administrative, legal, and quality teams to interpret regulations and guide readiness for surveys.
