Job summary

Caroline Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is seeking a Weekend Registered Nurse (RN) to ensure residents receive attentive, high-quality care with compassion and professionalism.

You will uphold standards of care, communicate with the care team, and document care activities to support resident comfort, dignity, and trust. This role offers flexible shifts and a supportive work environment.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse License.
• Bachelor of Science degree in nursing or equivalent experience.
• Deliver and maintain optimum resident care and comfort by applying current nursing practices.
• Communicate and document effectively with nurses, physicians, therapists, and families regarding resident care.
• Assure that quality nursing care is delivered using the nursing process.

Responsibilities

• Provide attentive, high-quality care to residents.
• Document care plans and progress in medical records.
• Collaborate with care team to ensure resident safety and comfort.
