Job summary

Caroline Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Chestertown, MD seeks a Registered Nurse (RN) to support residents’ health and well-being, delivering hands-on care and fostering meaningful connections. You will participate in resident care planning and collaborate with physicians, therapists, and families to ensure high-quality nursing care.

Requirements include a current RN license and a BSN or equivalent experience.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse License.
• Deliver and maintain optimum resident care and comfort by demonstrating knowledge and skills of current nursing practices.
• Communicate and document effectively with nurses, physicians, therapists, and families regarding resident care.
• Assure that effective quality nursing care is delivered which is outcome-focused through utilization of the nursing process.
