Job summary

Chestertown Nursing and Rehab is seeking a Weekend RN to ensure residents receive attentive, high-quality care and maintain comfort, dignity, and trust. Your clinical skills and compassion will support consistent care across the team.

The role requires an active RN license and a BSN or equivalent experience, with responsibilities including effective communication with the care team and families and delivering outcome-focused nursing care.

Registered Nurse Requirements And Responsibilities

• Current Registered Nurse License
• Bachelor of Science degree in nursing or equivalent experience
• Deliver and maintain optimum resident care and comfort by demonstrating knowledge and skills of current nursing practices
• Communicate and document effectively with nurses, physicians, therapists, and families regarding resident care
• Assure that effective quality nursing care is delivered, which is outcome-focused through utilization of the nursing process
