We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to join our exceptional team! As a Weekend Supervisor, you will be responsible for providing leadership and oversight for nursing staff during weekend shifts, supervising and coordinating resident care, and promoting a positive, resident-centered care environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversight for nursing staff during weekend shifts
• Supervise and coordinate resident care in compliance with State and Federal regulations
• Conduct daily resident assessments and adjust care plans as neededAssist physicians during rounds and ensure accurate communication of orders
• Mentor, train, and support nursing personnel
