Crest Haven Nursing and Rehab in Middle Township, New Jersey, is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse Supervisor for the Evening Shift to lead a dedicated nursing team and oversee unit operations.

As a Registered Nurse Supervisor (RN) - Evening Shift, you will be responsible for leading a team of dedicated nurses and caregivers to provide high-quality care to our patients. Responsibilities:

• Supervise and guide a team of registered nurses, licensed practical nurses, and certified nursing assistants to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care
• Develop and implement effective care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary care team
• Conduct rounds on patients, assess their needs, and identify opportunities for improvement
• Provide training and guidance to nursing staff to enhance their skills and knowledge
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care
