Job summary

Masonic Village Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center in New Jersey is seeking an RN Supervisor to lead weekend nursing teams and ensure safe, high-quality resident care. This role drives clinical oversight, coordinates care, and upholds regulatory standards while supporting staff in a fast-paced sub-acute and long-term care setting.

The RN Supervisor will possess an active NJ RN license, BLS/CPR certification, and at least 2 years of nursing experience with 1+ year in supervision, delivering

• Must possess a current, unencumbered active RN license in New Jersey.
• Valid BLS Certification (CPR) required.
• Ability to manage care for multiple patients in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Minimum 2+ years nursing experience in healthcare setting.
• Minimum 1+ years supervisor experience needed.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with staff, residents, families, and regulators.
• Strong knowledge of nursing practices and applicable laws and standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate nursing care activities to ensure residents receive safe, effective, and timely care.
• Provide clinical oversight and support to nursing staff during assigned shifts.
• Monitor resident conditions and ensure appropriate interventions are implemented and documented.
• Ensure compliance with physician orders, care plans, and facility policies and procedures.
• Communicate effectively with physicians, interdisciplinary teams, residents, and family members regarding changes in condition or care needs.
• Assist in managing multiple residents and prioritize care based on clinical urgency.
• Support adherence to all applicable nursing regulations, safety standards, and facility guidelines.
• Promote a positive work environment through teamwork, communication, and professional leadership.
