Iowa Skilled Nursing is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide comprehensive patient care and coordinate assessments, plans, and evaluations for optimal functioning. You will apply nursing processes to deliver quality care per established standards in a skilled setting.
The role requires an active RN license, current BLS, and at least one year of recent experience; ACLS is preferred. Flexibility to work varying shifts and experience with electronic charting are highly valued.

Responsibilities of the Registered Nurse include but are not limited to:
The role is responsible for patient assessments, planning, supervising, interventions, and evaluations designed to prevent complications of physical disability, restore optimal functioning, and help the patient adapt to an altered lifestyle. Utilizes the nursing process to provide quality and efficient patient care according to established standards. Ensures that professional and acute nursing care has been provided to all patients. Provides an environment conducive to safety for patients, visitors, and staff. Assesses the risks for safety and implements appropriate precautions. Complies with appropriate and approved safety and Infection Prevention standards. Performs other duties as directed. Assist patients in regaining their physical or cognitive abilities so they can return home at their highest level of independence.
