Job summary

Northgate Care Center is seeking licensed RNs to join a friendly, supportive team in a Skilled Nursing setting. The role includes supervising clinical staff, ensuring high standards of care, and maintaining infection prevention practices. We offer shift differentials, tuition reimbursement, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Positions include 4am-4pm and 4pm-4am full-time or part-time, plus PRN on-call opportunities. Iowa licensed RNs with SNF experience are encouraged to apply.

• Experience in Skilled Nursing Facility is preferable.

As a staff nurse you are instrumental in managing operations of your assigned unit. Your work will ensure our residents receive the high standard of care they have grown to expect at Northgate Care Center by assisting with supervising the activities of all clinical staff on your assigned unit, providing guidance and education to clinical staff, assisting with instilling a positive and inclusive facility culture, ensuring established infection prevention practices are maintained and ensuring adequate staffing for our resident’s needs. Our residents will depend on your knowledge, skills, and attention to detail to ensure they receive an unparalleled standard of care.

To be eligible for consideration applicants should have:

As a minimum, an unencumbered State of Iowa (or compact state) Registered Nurse (R.N.) license; experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting is preferable.
