What's your day like?

As the Registered Nurse Supervisor at Cobble Hill LifeCare, you will hold the pivotal leadership role within our facility, coordinating all staff and resident needs. You will lead the clinical team in providing top-notch care to clinically unstable patients, ensuring they receive optimum in-house treatment while avoiding unnecessary hospitalizations. Additionally, you will manage the admissions process for new residents, steering your team through any clinical and administrative emergencies that may arise. Your expertise will empower staff through education and mentorship, reinforcing our commitment to excellence.

Acting on behalf of the leadership team, you will deliver exceptional coaching and customer service to patients, families, visitors, and fellow staff members, fostering an environment of integrity and safety in every interaction. Applicants must be graduates from an approved school of nursing and hold an active Registered Nurse license in New York State. Proficiency in critical care protocols is crucial; therefore, certification in Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) and Basic Life Support (BLS) is required.
