We're seeking acompassionate and skilled Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP)to provide virtual mental health services to a diverse patient population in the Bronx, NY area. What You'll Do:

• Conduct virtual psychiatric evaluations and follow-up visits
• Develop individualized treatment plans including medication management
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of mental health professionals
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment as needed
• Document all services in the EMR in a timely, accurate manner
  
  

Requirements:

• Active NY State Nurse Practitioner licensewith PMHNP certification
• Minimum of1 yearexperience in psychiatric/mental health care (telehealth experience a plus)
• Strong communication and clinical decision-making skills
• Reliable internet connection and private, HIPAA-compliant workspace
