Position Title: Nursing Supervisor

Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Nursing Supervisor to lead our home care clinical operations. This role is vital to ensuring that patients receive high-quality, personalized care in the comfort of their homes. The ideal candidate is a licensed Registered Nurse (RN) with at least 1-2 years of leadership experience, preferably within a home health or community-based care environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Clinical Leadership

• Direct and oversee all clinical aspects of home care services to ensure delivery of safe, effective, and compliant care.
• Guide care teams in developing individualized care plans that meet patients' medical and personal needs at home.
• Ensure adherence to current clinical best practices, regulatory guidelines, and agency protocols.
  
  
  

Operational Oversight

• Manage daily operations of home care services, including staffing, scheduling, and quality assurance.
• Monitor key performance indicators such as patient satisfaction, visit compliance, and outcomes.
• Lead initiatives to improve efficiency, streamline processes, and support agency growth.
  
  
  

Team Development

• Hire, train, and mentor nursing and clinical staff, fostering a culture of respect, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Patient Advocacy

• Act as a primary point of contact for patients and families, ensuring their concerns are addressed with empathy and urgency.

Compliance & Quality Assurance

• Ensure full compliance with state and federal home care regulations (e.g., CMS, DOH, Joint Commission).

Qualifications:

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of leadership experience in home care, home health, or community nursing.
• Strong understanding of home care regulations, documentation standards, and patient care coordination.
