Complete Care is hiring a Registered Nurse Supervisor (RN) to lead the nursing team on our overnight shift in New Jersey. You will supervise staff, ensure medication administration, and uphold high standards of resident care. The position is full-time (11pm-7am) with opportunities for career advancement.
NJ nursing license and an associate or bachelor's degree are required; LPN may be considered. Sign-on bonus of $5,000 and a comprehensive benefits package are offered.

Associates or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
Current, Unencumbered New Jersey Registered Nurse License
At least 1 year of long-term care or subacute experience is preferred but not required
Computer knowledge and experience using PointClickCare (PCC)
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) may be considered
Directly supervise the nursing staff on assigned shift by monitoring the distribution of medications, blood draws, and other elements of patient care
Conduct nursing rounds on each unit multiple times throughout the shift
Provide education, as needed, to staff, residents, and resident family members
Ensure staff are performing all duties in accordance with local, state, and federal guidelines
Perform other duties as assigned by the Assistant Director of Nursing, Director of Nursing, or Administrator
