ContinueCARE Hospital at Hendrick Medical Center is seeking experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) for a direct hire, full-time opportunity with one of our trusted LTAC partners. This role focuses on direct nursing care for highly complex patients in a specialized LTAC setting.

Qualified candidates will hold an active RN license, have 1+ year of acute care (ICU/LTAC) experience, and be prepared to obtain ACLS within 90 days.

Qualifications

• Active RN license.
• 1+ year of acute care, ICU, or LTAC experience preferred.
• BLS certification; ACLS within 90 days of hire.
• Strong clinical judgment and commitment to patient care excellence.
• Compassionate, team-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to critically ill or medically complex patients.
• Collaborate with physicians and an interdisciplinary team to coordinate individualized care plans.
• Monitor patient progress, administer medications and treatments, and document clinical findings.
• Educate patients and families, and advocate for long-term health and recovery.
• Maintain compliance with all policies, standards, and regulatory guidelines.
