ContinueCARE Hospital at Hendrick Medical Center in Texas is seeking experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) for a direct hire, full-time LTAC role caring for medically complex patients. You will work with an interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans, monitor progress, and educate patients and families while upholding standards and regulatory guidelines.

Qualifications

• Active RN license required.
• 1+ year of acute care, ICU, or LTAC experience preferred.
• BLS required; ACLS within 90 days of hire.

• Collaborate with physicians and an interdisciplinary team to coordinate individualized care plans.
