Job summary

Vibra Healthcare through ContinueCARE Hospital at Hendrick Medical Center in Texas seeks experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) for a direct hire, full-time opportunity in a specialized LTAC setting.

You will provide direct nursing care to critically ill patients, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, monitor progress, administer treatments, and educate families while ensuring compliance with all guidelines. A compassionate, team-oriented mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• Active RN license required.
• 1+ year of acute care, ICU, or LTAC experience strongly preferred.
• BLS required; ACLS required within 90 days of hire.

• Collaborate with physicians and inter-disciplinary team to coordinate care plans.
• Monitor progress, administer medications and treatments, document findings.
